Initial Practicum:  Upon successful completion of your Unit 2 final, you are a A.P.S. candidate. Before you can be certified and become a member of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling, you are required to administer the A.P.S. Response Form to ten (10) individuals. Your instructor will provide the forms and clinical notes format upon completion of Unit two and passing the final exam. You may submit them all at once or one, two, or three, etc. at a time. Your instructor will be available for clarification and assisting you in applying the model in a therapeutic session. (Initial Practicum fee's not included with cost of course. You submit payment ($40.00) for each practicum individual as you submit the APS Response Form for them.)

Time Limit To Complete Training:  You have a maximum of six months to complete the training, regardless of your enrollment study option, i.e., online 9 week option. Your time will begin upon receipt of your course materials.

Reinstatement Fee:  There is a $75.00 fee to reinstate the student once the training period has expired.

Refund Policy:  We cannot issue refunds once the student begins the training. Individuals who return their course materials unopened with-in seven days of receiving them will be given a refund of their enrollment, less $75.00 shipping and administrative fees.

You can expect your course materials to arrive in approximately 7-10 days upon receipt of payment. Outside USA will depend upon country/location, etc.
